Training

Hi all.
 
Training this week is as follows,
 
Monday, run in emo at 7, meet at house.
Tue,20k bike and 5k run meet at the GYM [not the heath] at 7
Wed, swim in the Barrow at 7 sharp,please be on time thanks,
 
Rest  Thur and Friday,
give it socks at the weekend!!!!!!!
