More important...

I love this Friday caption thing - especially as Sinead is the butt of all the jokes.  However, I have more important stuff on my mind.  My sister has purchased a spin bike for her sitting room.  We will have to excuse her this indulgence as she lives in New Zealand and so cannot attend Deirdre’s spin classes (I am feeling the pain today).  Does anyone have any recommendations for a good spin DVD to get her going?  Thanks.
