Music for Tri Laois

Well there are about 60 days until the big event and for the 3rd year running i will be providing the music around the finish line.

With that in mind i am opening up requests to all of you who will be marshalling on the day. It will be all upbeat and high tempo music and in total there will be about 5 hrs of it so pop me an e mail with a song or two you'd like and i'll add it to the playlist. Fingers crossed hearing a song you requested will get you through the long day !

As i said all i ask is that its up tempo and after his selections for spinning i'd ask Willie to refrain from requests !

Breakfast Club (Spring Night out)

As the Triathlon season draws nearer and weekends are starting to fill up we have decided “The Breakfast club” (Spring night out) will take place this Fri night at 9.30-10 pm in The Square Bar ALL members are welcome. Just a social drink & a get together to look at the year ahead & the races we are doing.
