Orienteering in Oakvale Woods, Stradbally

If you feel the need for some fresh air why not head over to Oakvale woods in Stradbally for some orienteering on Sunday between 11 and 1 o’clock.  You should all have recovered from your party hangovers by then and it will be good penance!  The event is suitable for all ages and abilities.  Check out www.orienteering.ie

 

MINI MIni mini Triathlon in Port

Hi everyone, just to let you all know that Ross Byrne, one of our junior members has organised a mini triathlon in Portarlington gym. It is on the 14 December and it is for charity. If anyone is interested please contact me so I can provide some provisional numbers to the gym.
