Who Dares, Runs

I've just read Gerry Duffy's book so if anyone wants to read it, let me know and I'll bring it to the duathlon this evening. Be warned though, it has consequences. I signed up for Dublin City Marathon today! yikes Anyone want to join me?

TriAthlone

The following people have been entered into TriAthlone by myself and Taco. This year, all entrants have been emailed a bar code so they are able to collect their goody bag and more importantly, their bike. I will have the printed handouts for the following people:Wesley Reilly, Anthony Brady, Helena Rothwell, Alasdair McCann, Keith Galbraith, Eimear Mathews & Susan Wall. I will bring them with me to the test Duathlon this Thursday.

Thanks for all your good wishes. It means a lot to me. Thankfully I did not break anything and my Trek Helmet (pictured below) did its job and the Man above looked after me. If I didn't have a helmet I shudder to think what would have happened. To those who are tempted to cycle without a helmet please do not. It is not worth the risk. Well done to Deirdre Walsh who completed the Wicklow 100 and to Willie Fitz, John Fox, Leo Timmons, Andrew and JJ who did the 200 in dreadful conditions and who managed to get my bike back. Over 9 hard hours in the saddle while I was tucked up in a warm bed. See you all soon.

Hi all, just to let you all know that the Marshall brothers did a time of around 3hrs 3 minutes in the Cork marathon today, and thats after doing the Double Olympic in Athy on Sat in around 5hrs 30.I have no words for these two men so I shall quote from the great Bill Shankley himself, [We have created a MONSTER] Total respect guys..

What a TEAM

What a weekend!!!!  What a club we have and not to be taken for granted by any of us,that was some mighty performance by over 100 + team mates and supporters. If we were a soccer club it would be Barcelona, a county team Kerry or Kilkenny, a cycling team HTC or a formula one team it would be Mcclaren.Well done to one and all, Triathlon Ireland will be so glad to have a club like ours in there Arsenal. Enjoy the rest of the weekend and have a great time in Kilkee, also I must mention Karl and the Tri Athy team, well done to you guys too this is some project to organise.
