After a very successful cycle to Waterford last weekend our next long distance challange is in Naas on the 17th April. Check out Naas cycling club for more details.

Well done to the organisers and participants of the Make Believers Charity Cycle on Saturday. It was fantastic to see so many people out on their bikes and the event was superbly organised from start to finish. Lets hope plenty of money was raised for the charity. Was sorry to miss the afterparty but from all the reports, it sounds like most of the lads had a drink for me.. sound..

We would like to thank Watch Tours Cycle club for the hospitality yesterday & way the day was organised from start to finish. I would like to thank all the gang from Trilogy that did the 120Km cycle & it was a fantastic day & everyone enjoyed it & esp. to the charity “the Make Believers” . we hope it was a good fundraising day got you.

Waterford cycle

We now have 16 from Trilogy for the Waterford cycle on the 26th,Please come along & their will be the "group 3"(capuchino brigade) from the weekend cycle, you dont have to go all the way & their will be breaks in Carlow, Kilkenny & then Waterford & then bus back that evening, If your free on the morning then please turn up & its for a great cause,MAKE BELEIVERS, I have sponsorship cards & you can make a donation on the day..

Hi everyone, I just thought I'd let you all know the reason Mr Marshall was not at the test Duathlon on Sunday was because he had other business to attend. Patrick set a new PB for the Ballycotton 10mile run in a disgustingly fast time of 58mins. Well done Patrick - you have finally tamed that particular beast.

Waterford 120 KM cycle

At present we are trying to get the correct numbers for the make beleivers cycle to Waterford on Sat Week , 26 March at 9.30 AM.We hope to provide a bus back that evening and may cost a few Euro, I have sponsorship cards if you need any,Numbers & exact names to follow shortly
